2. Payment & Order Processing

All prices are listed in USD. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom blends or larger orders may require additional time. Payment must be received in full before shipping.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted wellness items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

4. Shipping Policy

We offer a $7 flat rate for shipping within the U.S. Free shipping is offered on orders $75 and up. Local pickup in Tulsa, Oklahoma is available by appointment. Once shipped, Frazier May Botanicals is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to postal service issues.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is never sold or shared. We respect your privacy and use your data only to process your orders and contact you if needed.
