Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom blends and large orders may take an extra 1–2 days. We handcraft each product with care to ensure quality and freshness.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat Rate: $7 (U.S. only)
• Free local pickup available in Tulsa, Oklahoma (select at checkout)
• FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $75

Shipping Carrier:

We use USPS or UPS depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Times:

After your order is processed, expect delivery within 2–5 business days (depending on your location and carrier delays).

Incorrect Address Policy:

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Frazier May Botanicals is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.

International Orders:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding access soon.
